Ken has worked in the centre of Sydney for around 16 years and thinks it is one of the world’s great international cities. One of the major contributors to this is the sheer volume of world class dining options he is discovering all of the time. For modern Italian Ken can’t go past Pendolino in the Strand, he also enjoys Sepia, Wildfire and Neil Perry’s delicious underground hideout Spice Temple. If it’s a caffeine pick me up that Ken is after, then you’ll more than likely spot him at either Rosso’s or Workshop – both just a short stroll from his work.
